ALLERGIES: Sleep, Exams without back tests, Decaf.

SOCIAL HISTORY: Since 1998, patients have chosen Sandy Cove Conference Center, with its 206 beautiful acres on the tip of the Chesapeake Bay, as their primary care provider.

DIAGNOSIS: It has been said that man will perish if he has no vision. God wants us to chase after His vision - a vision first and foremost of His glory. This is seen partly through His relationship with us as His chosen ones. What do you think is His plan and purpose for you - not as caregiver to the world, but just as His child? Only when your vision of this role is renewed, are you then able to give hope, healing and purpose to a dying world. That is the vision. Join us in Charting the Course to grab hold of the Vision of God.

THERAPY: Recommended that patient takes weekend away from regular routine to spend with other patient friends from Drexel, Georgetown, Jefferson, Johns Hopkins, PCOM, PSU-Hershey, Temple, UPenn, UMDNJ, UMD, and NYC schools at Sandy Cove Conference Center. In addition to its luxurious rooms, Sandy Cove has its own Christian bookstore, exercise room, playing fields, hiking trails, fireplaces and sofas galore, making it the perfect location for effective treatment and therapy. Sandy Cove's banquet staff will also be serving us four delicious meals. Patient has been advised to bring clothes (warm apparel for a bonfire and the sunsets over the Bay), a Bible and pen, and money for their meals down and back. Patient was also advised that their HMO would only cover a 3-day/2-night stay at Sandy Cove.
